Home is a castle I always say so why not a gingerbread castle with towers and drawbridge a good child craft activity. Print the pattern on regular, white 8 1/2" x 11" (or larger) paper. Cut out the shapes and place on top of rolled out gingerbread dough to cut out each house or castle piece (then remove the paper and discard).
